how can i recover from addictions

"ADDICTION" it is a nine letters's word which is a disease of our entire society . In this time we are observing that the youths are mainly effected by this in our society. Here one think i want to mention that our habits are making us addicted .
Habits are formed in a three-part loop. There exists a cue (or context), a response, and a reward (or consequence), all directed towards a goal. The environmental cue leads us to respond, and our brains associate the cue and reward. That’s how we learn to repeat the action. Habits are formed due to goals. Goals are flexible to a large extent and keep changing, but our habits become permanent. They are programmed to stick even if they no longer serve the purpose or the goal. There’s nothing inherently wrong with such behavior. But it’s when it starts to do more harm than good that it turns into a bad habit.
Now let us take some examples:
In our friend community we have lot of friends who started smoking to look "cool" as compared to others- cigarette in hand, stylishly exhaling smoke like a professional. That time they are encouraged
by the others ,mainly by the ladies . But even 15 years after college, they have continued smoking, in spite of several attempts to quit. They may have had a few successes, but relapsed when they were was faced with a stressful event.
It means we are addicted towards this.from that whole we can say to achieve some temporary goals
we do lot of things but when it is transformed towards our regular habit which means it is mixed to our Temperament ,which is called by the 9 letters's word "ADDICTION".
so:-                                                                                                                                                                                                                     " Never give any chance to
that works which are done while achieving some
temporary goals in our Temperament.,because one can
change habit not Temperament , it is too tough to change.

you can lose weight

Exercise can certainly help you lose weight by burning calories and building muscle. But, doing just push-ups — even daily — is unlikely to be rigorous enough to burn enough calories to lose a lot of pounds. Push-ups alone also fail to stimulate total-body muscle gains that raise your metabolism and make you a lean machine. To lose weight, the American College of Sports Medicine recommends at least 250 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio exercise weekly. Moderate-intensity exercise is equal to brisk walking or playing a game of doubles tennis. It's unlikely you could fit in 250 minutes of push-ups weekly, and even if you could, this repetition would lead to join pain from overuse. Push-ups are a functional exercise that build stamina and strength in many major muscle groups. Include them as a part of your weight-loss regimen, but not as the sole exercise. Push-Ups Impact on Your Weight Although other factors do come into play, weight loss essentially comes down to crea

what is the effects of mobile phones on human body

Mobile or cell phones are now a days an integral part of modern telecommunications in every individual life. In many countries, over half of the population use mobile phones and the mobile phone market is growing rapidly. Saudi Arabia rank first among the countries of the gulf region with highest proportion of mobile users, a study conducted by United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). In gulf countries, Oman ranked second, followed by Kuwait and the UAE. Besides the number of cell phone calls per day, the length of each call and the amount of time people use cell phones are important factors which enhance the health related risk.  In 2011, International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified mobile phone radiation possibly carcinogenic, means that there “could be some risk” of carcinogenicity, so additional research into the long-term, heavy use of mobile phones needs to be conducted. Mobile phones emit radio frequency energy, a form of non-ionizing el

Dhokra The Traditional Art of Metal Casting

The name 'Dokra' or ‘Dhokra’ was used originally to indicate a sect of metal craftsmen who well were known for their metal craft. Dokra now refers to a metal craft which is tribal in origin. It is mainly found in the tribal areas of Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh. In this metal craft the craftsman firstly subcultures a wax model of the object he wants to make. Then he makes a mould of clay and pours molten metal into a hole in the mould, then the wax melts and the clay is broken away to bring out the metal object which is then smoothed an polished to perfection. This is also know as the lost wax procedure or “cire perdure”. Dokra art mainly produces figurines of Gods, Goddesses and religious animals and birds. Dokra art has a rustic and antique finish which makes this unique and appealing. Though the Dokra artists are untutored in traditional institutions the Dokra craftsmen posses huge repertoire of creativity and artistic sagacity. Dokra art is
